We've been together for 9 months and I heard him say to his friend at school "amy? yeah I'd tap that" and my friend has heard him say "amy's hot she turns me on." "Well no shit dude, I've imagined her naked. I'd nail her" behind my back and apparently he checks out this amy girl in class and smirks at her when she's not looking. Does he just think she's really hot? Does he like her more than me?

It's a figure of speech. I wouldn't listen to anyone who tells you differently. When guys talk to other guys, they say stupid crap. This action alone means nothing, other than him maybe being a little immature. Coupled with other things such as periods without contact or flirting with other girls, then you have a problem.

If it is just him looking at a her ass when she bends over then it's normal. But if he is making eye contact with her and/or making it obvious that he wants her then you should be worried. Just talk to him.

I texted my friend and she said that he looks at her and checks her out and stares at her and does things in class to get her attention and says funny things to get her to notice him
