Is it a turn off when a girl is shy, soft spoken and sensitive?

I'm a quiet girl and i always feel really bad about it. I wish i could be more out going because sometimes i feel like people just look over me. Just wondering if it's a turn off or if it's not a bad thing? :)

Quiet and soft spoken is fine, I actually like it. But sensitive people and me are not a good conbination, I am brutaly honest and would probably end up insulting a sensitive girl (though not intentionally)
