I've seen lots of these kind of videos. Somehow this video looks fake because there is no water disturbance.

However every year creatures that have been on the earth for thousands of years are only now discovered.

The closest thing i know of that kind of resembles the creature in the video are "Rods". They are a completely different form of earth life. Not made out of flesh but out of energy. The sightings and scientific discoveries are so many that science can't deny them anymore.

Honestly our bodies of water are entire unexplored "planets" of their own, a lot of strange creatures that have yet to be explored & examined by humans. Though I do believe that there are other intelligent beings in the universe, that could have been a number of creatures we have just yet to explore.

For some reason it seems to look like some sort of ghost thingy but could be a creature from the sea that we have yet to discover OMG I wonder what the video recorder seen. Like if they seen it as they filmed or later discovered it as they replayed it. Creepy but cool.

It could be a dolphin, they are small enough to be in the water and they blow out water from their blowhole. Which is what it looks like is happening to me.
