I've been curious lately, and I still don't know how it works. Usually if you work out and gain muscles, you'd lose your fats.

if you want to stay fat while gaining muscle you have to just keep eating. basically work out with no diet plan at all.

it really is that simple lol. if I made a plan for myself to do that then I would hit the gym and then eat a few burgers and fries afterwards.
You have to eat more calories than you burn. Look into us football line backer diets :)
