ok lol, because to me, everything was just so... specific i guess. dont get me wrong, US money is epic lol, but i think it's because i was used to the simplicity of my own currency, it set me back a bit. say, having to pull out the notes to read the number, rather than just being like, ok the purple one is $5.

also, the concept of the penny or cent or whatever, really threw me off. here we have taxes included in our pricing and it's rounded to the nearest 10, or 5. so when i got some lady asking me for $53.37 ... i freaked out lmao.
