What can you get with Unit value of your currency?

Say your country used Dollars or Euros or Riyal or whatever as the currency, so what can you buy with 1 dollar/Euro/royal etc. (No cents, pennies or any other fractional denominations).

For me, all I can get is one Cadbury toffee or maybe one tablet of antacid. That's all 😂. There's nothing else I can get with 1 rupee in my country.

Me? No, I'm from the US. But the USD-rupee exchange rate is currently 1 to 83, compared to 1 to 148 for the yen, so it's a VERY small unit.
