Any material rammed up between the front and back of a female would be horrible. There isn't much there to stop the material and it could cause some damage. I don't think a wedgie should ever been done on a girl.

Think about it like this... A male is like a sheet of plastic that you can't rip easily, but a girl is like the same sheet of plastic with a small cut already in it... so if you try and tear it, it will bifurcate much easier.
