How to get unbanned on okcupid?

im pretty sure i just got banned but they didn't tell me because i can't sign in on my computer or phone but i can use a different account on my phone. the last thing that happened was i was talking to some girl and she was being very rude her first message was questioning if i was gay because apparently i look gay (news to me) i was nothing but respectful to her but i got mad and signed out i usually dont ever sign out but i did. now i can't get in and i know the site is still up because i even got an email telling me i got a message from a different girl after i was signed out.
