How to uncatfish someone?

So... me being me I’ve gotten into a crazy situation where I’ve been catfishing someone for months now.

It all started with my ex boyfriend. Me and him were in an LDR him being in Germany and me in the UK. I’m moving there now despite us broken up a month ago. Anyway I made this fake account on Snapchat as a joke ages ago whilst I went out with my ex because he had one and it was an inside joke. Then he has this best friend who also lives in Germany and my ex gave him my fake Snapchat accounts name in hopes to also find him a girlfriend. I didn’t want to add him but it looked too suspicious, so I did. Now he’s in love with me and thinks I’m called Jen and wants to meet me in December. What have I done? How do I let him go without him finding out that it was his bestfriends ex girlfriend and not ”Jen" I feel awful and didn’t want it to go this far.
