Accidentally stepped on an exacto knife a few days ago and now bruising is showing up on the other side of where I stepped on it?

Make sure your tetanus is up to date. If the discoloration spreads up your foot see a doctor.

With it being on your foot it's going to be quite prone to infection, but looks like it's already scabbed over. Provided no swelling, redness or spider veining occurs you should be fine.
