I've never ran 7k before XD
The longest I've ran was 2k back when I was...17 , the last PE exam I've ever had.
2km in 6:50 I believe.
I'm not doing as much cardio as I should these days. Hell my resting heart-rate is now somewhere round 70. Really should get back in cardio training.11 Reply

+1 yNo way I'd run that :P I generally walk about a mile and a half into the city centre and manage that in about 40/50 minutes, so walking, it'd take me roughly 4 hours? If I did the maths right, I'm super slow :P

21 Reply3.9K opinions shared on Other topic. Oh deer... I'm a bad runner. Could do it by bike in 15 min or so, or hike the distance in an hour. Four times more than that as well. But running has never been my thing :o
No way I could do 7 km non-stop :-(10 Reply- 1.6K opinions shared on Other topic.
+1 yPreviously I could do it in 20 minutes. Now , I may take 40 minutes because I have been out of action for a while.
13 Reply- +1 y
Good. But if you train well for a month , you may be able to do it in 30 - 35 minutes.
654 opinions shared on Other topic. I've never run that far buit it would take me a while as i'm not a long distance runner really, but prob about 9 mins assuming i can keep a steeady pace of about 4mph

+1 yI would guess around 45 min.
Maybe 50?
I am not good at distance running lol. It doesn't reward explosiveness that much.13 Reply- +1 y
Yeah I go tot he gym 5 days a week and play basketball 3 times a week lol
2.1K opinions shared on Other topic. I can't be arsed running that far. So it would literally take me an eternity. I could probably do a mile in about 6 minutes though. What do you reckon?

+1 yI usually run 8k in around 42 minutes so probably around 36/37.

I dont like running in fact I hate it 😛
+1 yit takes me around 20 minutes to do a 4km (i run an 12.5km/hour) so by that logic it would be around 35-40 minutes for me
11 ReplyI never ran one so I don't know lol and since I'm currently out of shape I'm thinking it will take a long time.

+1 yLess than 35 mins for sure. I'll tell you the exact time tomorrow ;)

Haha actually it's pretty good for a chick , you could improve to 45 mins by training regularly.

Well 7km is not a distance i run usually. Since i stopped smoking i'm trying to find my rythm
back so i run 500m , 5km and 10km. You should try one of those and focus on it for a while
and then go back to 7km and see your results ^^ - +1 y
Because they're different runnings than 7km , let's you improve yourself better.
Running 500m is more intense and is close to a sprint. 5km focuses on stamina but is a little
faster than 7km. - +1 y
Haha same i even remember my timings :p
- +1 y
It was like 1min20s , 1min21s , 1min23s
- +1 y
Yeah you had to predict your time and get the closer to it , except for the last one.
- +1 y
Yes i did ^^

+1 yWell, if I average my landspeed it would be: ~1 hour? That... really?
13 Reply- +1 y
Wait, are we running or walking?
- +1 y
Much, much less time. I typically walk at 5 mph and run at closer to 8 mph for prolonged distances.
Places to go, people to see.

+1 yFarthest I've run is a mile (1.6k), best time was 9 minutes and I fucking near died by the end lol. 7k would probably be somewhere around an hour and a half. I'm not built for endurance.

+1 y30mins I'm estimating little more little less.
I've only tracked 10-15min runs.10 Reply I ran the 4 mile in track during grade school lol. but yeah i can't do it now. out of practice

World record for 5 km is 12 minutes and 30 seconds. So unless you are the ½flash... or maybe you are the flash!!! One more thing, the record haven't been broken in 12 years i think.
- +1 y
@John_Lion_84 oh i've broken it a few times during my morning warmups. I just don't like publicizing/bragging about it
- +1 y
Yeah! Sure , joke of the day i guess
+1 yWalking, running or hiking?
12 Reply- +1 y
Then sorry never ran 7km. But slowly walked 7km with enjoying the view and photographing in 4hrs. And hiked a mountain in rough terrain/irregular steps 8km in 9hrs.
