Is being seen as approachable a weakness?

So, i was just wondering if being approachable is a weak personality trait to have.

For example; my boss said that compared to other co-workers im seen as a lot more approachable, is this good or bad?

Good thing , because people feel at ease coming to you for whatever they need to talk to you about. . Usually an approachable person has a warm friendly personality , they are easy to talk to, and good listeners . Those are great qualities

I think it is a good trait to have... but aslo... there will be people taking advantage of that

Being approachable is a good thing, I'm trying to become more approachable.
