Huh. That's an interesting way to think about it and word it. I kinda like it. I definitely see truth in this. An interesting share! I could see this playing out in the typical scenario of a guy who's waiting to lose his virginity etc. But when that happens he's going to enjoy himself. At least that's how I understood the quote haha. The fact that my mind went straight to sex definitely says something about me 😅✌🏼️ But I definitely think that this would apply perfectly to the guy that I'm dating right now. Since he's a complete gentleman and has basically said this to me but in a different format.

That is very interesting. Actually it is kind of exciting and haunting. I want to be with someone who wants me. I want him to look at me and think I'm sexy and desirable. But I also want him to be respectful and considerate. It is a nice thought that the guy acting like such a sweetheart will one day go in for the "kill" with such passion that he could be called a wolf.

i read several books from the 1800's about how to be a gentleman and lady, and being a gentleman or being a lady all about politeness and following certain social norms which are associated with gentlemen and ladies. a gentleman can be anything, as long as he is polite. of course he can be a patient wolf. he is a very calculating and patient wolf that is, and well cultured too often times.

By using the word patient, she probably means wanting sex is bad and all guys want sex. We either want it upfront or in time. Or she's probably implying men only want sex, because obviously just as many women want sex as men so saying men want sex would sound hypocritical. We're wolfs because that's all we want according to her, probably. That's why I think she's had all bad experiences.
