  Even with makeup, you can tell if someone has nice features or not. Put all the makeup you want on Scarlett and you can still see that she's not that good looking, and it's especially noticeable when she smiles...

  Actually Scarlet is a natural beauty.. I think she has a very nice face.. Plus her lips are naturally more fuller than Megan's... Like I said.. It's all in the eye of the beholder...   Yeah, I guess the asker didn't say to just compare them based on beauty. But just because lips are fuller doesn't mean they have a better shape, and proportionality is important also. Besides that, I'm more looking at the weird lines that seem to form by the sides of her chin when she smiles...
