you are demanding "physical evidence" to the contrary of the passages you've quoted? If so, where is the physical evidence proving that those passages were written found by someone with physical evidence to prove them? There is physical evidence of the "chain of evidence," so to speak, of how that text has been passed down, all while being 100% accurately translated into a dozen different languages over time that do not directly translate to one another? Demanding physical evidence to the contrary is predicated on having solid physical evidence to begin with. For instance, I can say I ran a mile. You have a reliable measurement system to both accurately measure where I started and ended, as well as do that reliably over any terrain or any size gait or other variable. I'm wondering if you are implying that your quotes are your physical evidence? If so, how do you account for the limitations of the reliability, credibility, and inherent error?
In other words, I don't think it's necessary to prove your hypothesis wrong with physical evidence. The underlying theory behind your hypothesis is flawed, due to uncontrolled variables that have been overlooked and therefore not controlled for. If the theory is flawed to begin with, you have to first correct that with control over variables, so they won't produce unwanted error in your conclusions. How do you plan to control for the variable of time since that was written? Who it was written by? Using what physical evidence was it written? Has it been accurately translated with 100% certainty? Once those variables are controlled for, then and only then, is it reasonable to begin demanding proof for any opposing hypothesis. Not before.
If you are going to skip steps in your "science" and demand physical proof, you have to start by addressing the uncontrolled variables in your theory.
You hit the nail on the head with these two simple phrases in your response to me. "Stories." And "maybe it happened." The problem is, you have skipped over this, and have demanded physical proof against something you haven't proven. So, you're essentially having others do the science for you, only backwards. You are asking that we, people who have a different idea, provide you with proof against your idea. Which you would then attempt to use, to piece together your own argument. Using others evidence against, in order to argue your idea which shifts in definition, isn't science. It's backwards science, and is questionable at best.
I am keeping it as simple and logical as it can get. By using science, and the necessary requirements for scientific proof. You are using stories, interpretations, and translations. You are demanding to disprove something you haven't proven to begin with. It's skipping steps. For us to begin to compare science, we would both have to be working with science. You are confusing religion, spirituality, and faith, with science. Which is perfectly fine. As long as you realize that's what you're doing. I have no qualms with religion, spirituality, or faith. If it is flat, there has to be an edge. That video shows a rocket running out of fuel and being pulled back to Earth by gravity. Not sure how that proves the Earth is flat.

They're pilots, they flew supply runs to the research stations. 1. The boat disappears hull first (and you would see it for longer if you were higher up). 2. Also line of site is only 50 miles because of the curvature of the earth, if it was flat we could see all the way to the end with a good telescope, lol. And anyone that's been on Mount Everest can see the curvature off the earth from that height very well

Absolute zero is -273 degrees C so you would need 1559140J to heat water from absolute zero to boiling. @skeptic002 Even if it fell from 70 miles it would still be heated 261 degrees Celsius by the fall to Earth and the water coming out of the plates would be 500 degrees C so it would still be hot enough to sterilize the surface of the planet. And the potential energy equation has bee tested and re tested. The lakes you showed on the map were in Florida and we know how those formed. Go to google Scholar and search "lake formation" and you will see how lakes are actually formed and the rock layers you're showing weren't eve formed by bending the rocks.

You say sex should be pleasurable and you're right, it should. However, having babies is a benefit to sex, not a side effect to having sex. You can have the pleasure knowing your fruit of your sex is being brought forth. If you truly loved the man you're having sex with, then you'd want to share together the works of that sex with a baby if you can use your fertility to the max. Otherwise, you don't truly love him if you want to stop the fruits of your sex and it's selfish sex.
