I dated a girl with breast augmentations and they looked real enough, at least when she filled out a dress. She also didn't have enormous ones.

But they didn't *feel* right. The sense of touch is just about as important to me as sense of sight in an intimate context. To the hand they felt all right, but where it felt most strange was hugging and holding her tightly, being on top of her, etc.

I would have preferred that she didn't have them. Sense of touch in this regard is just as important as sense of sight.

All boobs should deserve respect including surgically enhanced boobs. If a woman wants to sport larger than her natural boobs , she should be allowed to feel happy about it. Don't reject her because of her boobs. Even don't reject a girl with naturally flat boobs. Boobs are not everything. There is much more than boobs in a girl. Look for other positives in her body , personality , character , too.
