I love it, sometimes almost a little too much. If the topic is interesting, I can literally talk about it for hours. Unfortunately, most people in my social environment aren't quite as crazy about deep conversations as I am. For example my fiancée likes them but she usually wants to wrap them up after half an hour, which I find sad because that's just the moment I'm getting really warmed up ;-).
However, I do have one very close guy friend who is the same as me in this regard. When we were teenagers, we had a lot of sleepovers where we practically never slept but talked forever and ever. Frequently, we would only decide to catch some sleep when the sun was already up again. We literally talked nonstop from 9 or 10 in the evening until 7 or 8 in the morning. I don't even know how we managed to do that ;-).
Later on, in my early twenties, I went for a lot of "night walks" with the same friend. Luckily, we live in a city that has a lot of pretty nature surrounding it and it doesn't take long to be out in the countryside. So we often went for 4-5 hour walks through forests and over small countryside pebble roads and had unending conversations about philosophy, politics, society and anything else that came to our mind. I really loved those walks and still have very fond memories. Somehow, going for a walk in the night is very different from a walk during the day. We practically never met any other people and the atmosphere was really calm and peaceful. It was almost as though we had time-traveled to a previous century for a few hours. During summer nights, the air always smelled really fresh and if we walked far away from the city, we could see a lot of stars. It was almost like those poets from the era of Romanticism going for their walks. It was the perfect way to have deep conversations :-).

No, I only like shallow conversations. If it's not about how great my shoes are then I'm not interested.
Yes, I love having deep conversations and even moreso with people who can see all sides of the questions/things being debated without throwing their toys out of the pram.
I usually say to myself , we are gonna keep em short but 4 hrs later , with deserts and I am no where close to going home.
Not always.

All the time, and people find it weird because they'd prefer not so serious, lighthearted ones
Depend if it's talking about something I like yes but if it's sharing my feelings or say how I feel I hate it
Sometimes it was when people literally avoid conversations that aren't shallow and easy to deal with. However, there is time for both.

I'd only enjoy them if they are with the right person. I don't like to have deep conversations with random people.
