Hmm. :/ Well I like him too, though I haven't been following much of him anymore. Don't know about other people, but I initially got into 30STM during their A Beautiful Lie era. Really liked their music and found him interesting and admirable as an artist. I mean look at that dedication all for movie roles:

Yeah, but I like their other songs better, like Alibi, Hurricane, Escape, Stranger in a Strange Land, etc. Have you heard R-Evolve, Battle of One, or The Fantasy? You might like those if you love Attack.

I took an informal survey in the office when I saw your question. Of the 10 or 12 women (20 to about 30 years old) I asked in the coffee room "Do you know who Jared Leto is and what do you think of him?", only one even knew the name and had no idea why she knew it. She couldn't say what he did.

What makes you think women love him? I had never heard of him either before I saw your question.

I did look him up. He's been in a lot of stuff that I've never seen, directed stuff I haven't seen and been in bands I haven't heard. He might be very good - I just hadn't heard of him.

@Turkish_Delight I don't know 30 seconds to Mars. I saw that in the Wiki entry about him, and I haven't seen Suicide Squad. I've heard of it but have never seen it.

There was a whole filmography and discography of his online and as long as it was, I hadn't seen any or heard any of it.

My So Called Life. His character, Jordan Catalano, was THE guy most girls sweated in my high school days. Good looking guy obviously, plus he had that mysterious thing going that a lot of chicks like.

i think he comes off as a genuine artist. someone who chooses movies and roles because of a personal conviction to do so rather than a money grab.

he is also a musician and women are historically attracted to musicians

plus i imagine they think he is hot

agree. there was a study in france they first found two guys that women found to be very simlar in terms of level of attraction. then they did a second study took one of the guys and asked women to rate him and then the second guy was shown playing guitar and something like nearly 2/3 of women thought he was more attractive...
