It's a marketing scheme. If it annoys you, you're more likely to think of that "annoying Home Depot jingle" whenever you want to complain about things. That way you remember them because you remember their song. So later when you need something, Home Depot has a higher chance for you to remember that store and want to buy that something from there because your brain remembers that song
