Cats. And dogs would be the type of person who you could insult but it would go over their heads and they would still ask you to play.

Both cats and dogs. When cats argues with other cats meowing a lot, it would probably be a lot of insults if it was in human language. But dogs would also be rude. Since they're barking a lot and repeating it several times I would imagine they're annoying who's repeating what they're saying several times or complaining a lot.

But it would be an advantage if animals could talk. Then they could tell humans what we does is something they don't like so they don't need to harm us like biting. Often humans misunderstands their animals and they misunderstands us.

Obviously mosquitoes. They just fly up to people and steal their blood without asking and use it to make babies that also take people's blood. It's despicable.
And if that's not bad enough, they leave you with big red itchy spots all over you AND sometimes just spread diseases like vicious selfish assholes
