Most likely a parrot, parakeet or any bird that is able to reproduce human sounds.
Since humans are the ones feeding the animals with swear words, inappropriate phrases, innuendo and other stupid remarks, those birds are the most likely to be the rudest. Not because they are rude by nature but because of the interaction with rude people and those that have nothing better to do but to teach those highly intelligent birds how to curse and swear.
