look through a window. watch outside. and now please take a moment to realise the "awesomeness potential" of life. yes there will be some tough times. that's not even a question. life won't be perfect. but you can have greats moments with some people. you are not alone. you have friends. talk to them, they're here for a reason. if they truly are your friends, they will help you to the best of their abilities.

+1 yWhat is reason behind crying? There is always a reason behind that. I will first try to forgot that reason and stop thinking in that direction, that make me cry. and then you can enjoy happily. You can watch comedy shows, go out with friends (if they are not reason behind crying), or do whatever you like or find most interesting like Art, Drawing, Music, Dance, Computer, Blogging, writing. Or chat with others over phone or by face to face.

+1 yThere is no one way to cheer yourself up. First and foremost, one should not spend time in solitude. It makes you feel dark and cry. It helps to hand around with your friends and chill out. Secondly, if you are depressed due to something think less about it by diverting yourself into something you otherwise love doing. There many things we love doing which we don't realise mostly, and when we do its "outta the world" and we are happy 'bout it. 😇💞

+1 yI think about the rapists who are living their lives peacefully but they deserve to die or they deserve torture or lifetime imprisonment. so if they are living their lives peacefully after committing such type of a crime then why can't I? I deserve to be happy (this helps me to cheer up)

well sometimes its better to let it all out but to make myself feel better I play with my dog or watch some YouTube like dog reunites with soldier, try not to laugh, animal heros ( make me cry somtimes) or just watch Netflix or something or talk to a friend.
