An arrogant person is confident in himself, he knows his what he can do and isn't afraid to do it. It's a feature seen as attractive by mostly women regarding men, it's in their biology
I was watching this video the other day about people that are "superhuman" and this one guy shown was I think the world's best arm wrestler, he was SOO cocky. Everytime he talked about himself, which was basically everytime, made me cringe.
Only men look good arrogant. Because men who are arrogant come off as more dominant and strong and women like that. Even i as a straight man like that and prefer to be arrogant. Women around me like that too. However arrogant women are just weird.
you're confusing the biological attractive trait of confidence with arrogance. it's a fine line. but if you're smart, you can see the difference between arrogance and true confidence.
to me having a personaluty is attractive. so i guess having an attitude gives a guys personality a little spark. and i guess thats why all of my exes are the biggest assholes in the world.
Because it means they don't let the opinions of others dictate what they think is the right thing to do/what needs to be done. It means that, if sh*t needs doing, they aren't gonna be dissuaded just because everyone else disagrees with them.
Plus, the key difference between arrogance and confidence comes out when their actions are met with resistance.
Arrogant people don't waste everyone's time by trying to respectfully convince those who defy them to step aside, which is what confident people do. They immediately flatten the opposition and continue on their way because they understand how pointless it is trying to talk sense into senseless bugs. Get in, do the thing, get out.
It makes them appear more brutally efficient and realistic, which I'm willing to bet is why you like them better than confident people.
Arrogance is kinda like having no boundaries. i feel women like a guy who doesn't feel that the rules matter cause its exciting so they go for that guy but without realizing arrogance has no boundaries in a relationship either.
Because you want that person's recognition. If he notices you, then you are obviously distinct from the crowd in his opinion. I would never recommend hooking up with one though.
I believe it's because arrogance is typically associated with confidence, which itself is seen as a desirable quality for leadership as those people tend to give off the impression that they know what they are doing.

His dad never spent time with him so he became an arm wrestler to look good to him. Sounds like a dumbass too.

Well people like confidence right? Arrogance is a form of confidence I suppose just more smug.
I can't say why some people like it, but everyone has their preferences I suppose.

Many inexperienced/immature (any age) people mistake arrogance for confidence. I'd say most people learn to realize the difference eventually.
People confuse arrogance with confidence.
Generally, as we get older we learn to recognize the difference.
hmmmm... personally its one trait i really dont like
I don't get myself sometimes
perhaps you are confusing it with confidence which is a totally different thing

But if you get caught in a situation where you get proved wrong over a subject your being arrogant about, prepare to crash and burn twice as hard
Sure... cause arrogance can thread a fine line of snarky and witty... and people most often think with their Genitals, girls included...
Maybe it tells you that they probably aren't insecure.
I think it's more of the confidence that they are attracted to that's attached to it. Unfortunately they go hand in hand.
its mistaken as confidence... arrogant people are more likely to act on people that they are attracted to so they are more likely to be with someone
Arrogance is not attractive to me at all... And I notice this a lot that people flock to arrogant people more these days.
What if one day that person uses his arrogance on you? Ever thought of it? Will they still be attractiveness
Weird. I always found arrogance to be *unattractive*. I don't care what the guy looks like, I wouldn't give him more than a minute of my time.
