How to become a better texter?

I am horrible at texting I don't know why but all my conversations fall flat after 5 minutes

Change what you talk about from "how was your day" to

"so i really like dogs and here's why." get passionate about it be honest... why are you even texting someone if not to get to know them?
After you tell a story about yourself... expect feed back,

now, whether you get feed back or not, ask them in return, "what about you, what do you care about? or what things happened to change your life' or"what kind of person are you"

you don't talk to someone to be cool, or be attractive, you talk to them to get to know each other, and through this you will seem cool or seem attractive to them without you trying ANDDDD you opened the door for 1000s of conversations.

Look up a list of conversation starters, and choose ones that don't seem to weird. Conversations don't hurt, but I mostly use texting to arrange dates, because if you learn everything about her over text, there isn't much to talk about in dates! Just my two sense

As questions to their answers, like if they say they're listening to music or watching tv, ask what they're listening to/watching. And keeping adding into the conversation with whatever you can think of. Maybe ask to play a game, like 2 questions. Let them keep the conversation going to do you know they re interested in texting you.

Ask how they are, what they're doing, any plans for later, are you going such and such an event, ages, fav thing to do... make them feel included I guess I always prompt questions
