oh here's an update, I just remembered something. At my workplace there's no urinals. . . Not even one. Anyone could see that this is sexual discrimination, just because I have a penis they won't make the correct accommodations for me.
How can a man work in a place without urinals? Literally offended right now.

Obviously your perspectives and outlooks constructed differently with your co-workers. I would suggest to just change your angle. Look at this from another perspective. This is the place you work. Whether you love the job you have or not. The people are an element that you have no control of. So instead of drowning in what you can't control. Change your tactic and try to take control of what you can control. You can take control of your habits. Your perspectives. And your behaviors. Find a way to cope with the situation. Improve your social skills and blend in with other people's observations and how they observe the life. Gain your mind's capacity to communicate effectively and earn new experiences. There is always something interesting to exchange and new lessons to learn. Every person come with a different experience, story, memory, culture and preference. Get along with them and improve your mindset. Take a fun journey and enjoy the ride seeing different way of living and ideologies. That can be an amazing experience if you practice it. You can also end up finding new friends once you establish this ability.
Additionally, just to make you understand a point, i would also ask you the same question; Is this all there is to life? memes, animes and whatever that hentai is? or is life about bunch of games? that sounds extremely boring to me. So probably your co-workers could think the same about you. In my opinion you abandoned your life with a small circle. You must get out there and open your eyes to vast amount of communication and be socially strong to face different topics and attitudes and still feel pleasure of communication and connect with people effectively. This is a key ability toward a successful relationship with the people around us. So i would suggest you work on it.
last time I still worked in the office (I work from home now), I had this odd situation. On the one hand, I had no peers, only my two bosses, both of whom are in their later fourties to early fifties, but on the other hand, their perspectives, experiences, and stories to share were still interesting to listen to.

You should be grateful for having a job and also for working with people who are nice. You can always play games and watch anime outside your workplace.
I have been there - The last office I worked in, the people were lovely, that was the problem they were so NICE - No banter, bouncing of each other - I actually just kept my head down, did my job and tried to find other ways to occupy any downtime - Won't lie some days were boring but in the main I kept myself busy officially and unofficially that helped pass the time
as what? remember I'm a beta male manlet who likes IT, I wanted to work in IT since I didn't have to talk to people all that much but I ended up havin' to do it a lot
@disgustingweebtrash It's cruel but that's the way it is, if it's any consolation I don't think it's a matter of 'if' the push back happens, it's a matter of when.
