The purple one. With going back to the past, I could make scientific discoveries and earn lots of money. With going to the future, I would be able to see the technology of that time period learn how it works (Or take it) bring it back into the past and sell it to the government for an insane amount of money.
In addition to this, as to keep up with the currency of the future, I take an object made a couple of thousand years ago, bury it somewhere no one would look, then take it to some sort of museum and sell it for a lot of money. This is to get around methods of dating objects.

The black potion would be second, that way, by becoming invisible, I could become a spy and earn a lot of money, invalidating the red potion

Basically, both these potions were chosen to invalidate the red potion. The purple one is just generally overpowered.

Purple, because there are SO MANY moments in history that I would love to experience or witness firsthand, like going to an 80s rock n' roll concert, seeing how the Pyramids were built and what exactly they were used for, seeing Alexander the Great (my historical crush) in combat, watching Michelangelo paint the Sistine Chapel, or even just going back and re-living a memory from my childhood.

Also, Red can be achieved with Green (if you've got the patience for it) or Black and Purple (if you're willing to resort to thievery).

Well time travel can be complicated, like if I go back in time and tell myself to invest in a stock that will get me rich than when I go back to my time what would happen? For all we know our current timeline is unaffected and All I did was make a rich me in a different dimension. I'll go with green then I could figure everything else out later since I'm young "forever".

Purple because you could stay young forever and have all the money. For starters, you could invest a lot speculating that Lehman Brothers would go down in the Financial crisis. That would make you millions. You could go endlessly back to ensure staying young forever.

Green would be difficult at my age; no one would take me seriously.
Blue sounds cool, but there's better.
Black also sounds very appealing.
Red would simply ruin the economy.

Green. I can live forever or Purple. I can go back in time and manipulate events that happened in my own life. But then i would cease to exist. None. Drink the red and money is worth less. Drink the blue and you still can't go that far down without being crushed by the pressure. Drink green and you out live everyone and everything you care about. Drink purple and you change anything related to your life and you cease to exist.
