I understand how several guys seemed irritated when some girls go for casual sex and then at a later age such as late 20's or early 30's want to settle down with a provider, low past type (marriage material guy basically). However, some guys are guilty of the same thing; spending their youth going to clubbing, telling their buddies about the girls they hooked up with and pay hookers. Then, after all that fun later in life they suddenly want a nearly virginal and much younger woman to accept them and marry them. The older he gets such as late 30's, the more likely he'll increase the woman's age range (by then the woman will have a past). He can't continue going after 18-24 year-olds forever. It's gets creepy by then. Personally, a person with high standards (man or woman) and very strict with their beliefs wouldn't accept less. They would look for a like minded partner.
Why is it worse for a girl to sleep around and settle down later in life than a guy doing the same?
Because those girls look down on those men when they're younger, so when they come back later and all of a sudden show interest it's annoying.
I remember when I was younger some girl I was seeing and had gotten along with well decided to mess with my head. She agreed to meet me but didn't turn up, and then called me to say she was in bed with another guy. Her ex who she'd always complained about for many reasons. It was the typical nice guy vs jerk scenario I guess, and here she chose the jerk and decided to act like a complete asshoke towards me, because she didn't respect me for whatever reason. Anyway, she ended up getting pregnant by the guy and surprise surprise, he bailed. Now she needed someone to take care of her, and she decided to ask me to meet her again, started acting all apologetic and trying to convince me to give her another chance. When she felt like she had better options she treated me like shit, when she had no other options all of a sudden she was nice - I was second best to her. Of course I told her to fuck off.
Well that's kind of how those guys feel. It's like oh I was beneath you before, now all of a sudden now those other guys are done with you you're interested? Get fucked.
Hey hon, there's a lot of logic in your post. I have always chosen girls on their experience. I look at it like the higher the number the more benefit to me. But you know she must love the c**k which is very important. I am recently single. Caught her cheating. I'm in Vegas and everyone is coming here to get laid. I was out late and I meet this dazzling brunette, she's 19 this past July. She and I are all hot and heavy and doing video calls from Florida. How much experience could she have. She has 2 kids! But this girl in many facets is a hundred times the woman so many of the girls I was intimate with. She had a serious boyfriend the night we met. It was after 2 in the morning and she approached me. It turns out when he slept she had been with a couple of, individually earlier that night. I was number 3 for her and we are hot and heavy. I know she's not exclusive and I don't care. She's young but remarkably talented because she was molested by family friends. It's reprehensible.
The flaw in this double standard is that it assumes everyone is the same. Why would YOU a nonslutty woman (I assume) care about what slutty men think about slutty women? "Shes a slut, you're a slut, you two are perfect for each other!" *insert Chad meme here* Boom no double standard. Whats OBVIOUSLY at play here is the female proclivity to A. find Chads attractive, and B. The lack of agency women will apply to themselves. Women want to sleep around, without being called slutty, but also recognize the men they are most attracted to are probably sluts... and that then throws a wrench in the whole system when later in life Chad will refuse to settle down and marry you... because you banged a bunch of Chads in your youth lol. Meanwhile poor Charles over here is stuck with the *what's an unattractive girls name?* but ironically enough for him SHE wants Chads too! But she wishes they weren't so slutty.
By age 30, lets call her Cassandra, has to settle down with poor Charles because A. He has a steady job, and B. she's too old for Chads now (as Chads can bang 18 year olds well into their 40's).
Easy fix:
A. Everybody stay virgins till marriage. B. Everybody bang everything in sight until numbers no longer matter a la New Zealand, France, Brazil, Italy etc. I. e. a cultural shift. If slutty men continue to take issue with slutty women show them a mirror.
There is not wrong with it, people just like to talk shit. So who is easier to talk shit about the guy that's acts like he gives zero fucks and will beat them up if they talk shit out him. Guys will still be negative about him too. They will be Jealous, Envious and Back biting. Or the girl that is all nice and won't do anything.
Most of guys that talk shit about it are lame ones anyways. They are the ones that don't get girlfriends because they are awkward or dorky but yet they have all these rules that a "girl must be".
Other girls are jealous of you because you are doing want they always wanted to do but are too afraid. You are the Queen diva, they are no afraid you will steal their guy, you have CRAZY AMOUNTS of charisma so people naturally gravity to you.
While I dont like any sort of promiscuous behaviour, it is pretty clear why there is a double standard.
a) It is A LOT easier for the average woman to get laid than it is for the average man. And any woman denying this fact is either delusional, naive or has an IQ below room-temperature.
b) Let's face it. Men are the hunters. We are the active ones. We are approaching women. All a woman has to do to get laid is lower her standards a little and be willing to have casual sex. Go on any dating website with a male profile and an average looking guy and try to hit on girls and see how that goes for you. Its a whole different world.
c) For a women this kind of behaviour involves a whole lot more dangers. Meeting up with a potentially dangerous man. Pregnancy. Women being more likely to be infected with STDs by a big amount.
I think it's more insulting when it happens to a guy.
Men typically lower their standards on looks for casual sex and raise them for a relationship. This means when a woman sleeps around, she is doing so with men who are not only more attractive than she is, but also more attractive than the guy she settles down with.
So for women, its more flattering to be the girl men want to commit to. For men its more flattering to be the guy they want to have no strings attached sex with.
Also... Men don't typically sleep around and then settle down with a woman who makes more money than he does. Men also don't sleep around and then expect the girl they settle down with to pay for dates and wait sex.
So overall, I definitely thinks its worse when it happens to a man.
Getting laid is so easy for any woman. Sleeping around shows that she doesn't care about herself. And she doesn't want to work or put in effort for something. It's a weakness. Getting laid is very hard for a guy. When a guy gets laid, it shows that he put a lot of effort into it. It shows his power and strength.
It is because a small percentage of men have the game to get laid consistantly whereas women, even average looking ones, can get laid by just accepting a man's advances. In reality though, a very small percentage of men and women participate in the hook up culture, like 5% percent of the population.
It's because of natural selection. Women who sleep around could easily end up raising some Deadbeat's no good kids, leading to the failure of herself and her kids to make a big contribution to the gene pool. As a result, the "it's good for girls sleep around Gene" died out, being unable to have as many sucessful children as their more selective, monogamous counterparts.
Nothings wrong with it. Even the people here who disagree and say its wrong can only justify it by building a scarecrow fallacy and making an assumption about who you are as a person
I guess it has something to do with biology. Men are designed to fuck everything in sight to spread their seed. Women are supposed to be selective to only let the alpha fuck them. It's a hard coded thing that we all know subconsciously.
Getting sex for guys is significantly more challenging. When we get sex we worked hard for it, we earned it. Even a pretty ugly woman can get sex really easily.
Because so many of the women that do that happen to look down on the guys that are the marriage material.

Men are on the pursue side of things. People don't pursue inferior and used goods, they settle for them.
Plus, the longer you wait, the harder it is to have kids.
