Do you feel most guys tend to go easier when then compet with a girl?

I feel from my own experience that most of them tend to. But I see some people tend to think they are upset if they don't win the competition against a girl.
Of course I not mean all guys but in general behavior if there is one lol

Competitive people tend to try hard when they have competition. It's the challenge that drives them... If someone isn't competitive they aren't going to waste their energy when they already know they are going to win. You have to turn the screws and put the pressure on them to wake up their competitive nature. They harder you go the harder they will go. If they can beat you with 1% effort they will. If you're actually good, they will ramp it up to whatever it takes to win.

How is doing the minimum work to win arrogant. It's called efficiency... Aside from that, If someone beats you to a pump with all their force and doesn't give you a chance, then you'll never want to play with them again.
