My coworker owed me a drink, so I ran down the street to our usual bar in the pouring rain. I felt like a wet dog bc my hair was much longer and soaking wet so I shook it out, I wasn't expecting to meet anyone though so I didn't care about how I looked, I was just there for my free drink lol. A couple hours went by and the waitress I had a crush on had just gotten off her shift, she came over and started talking to my coworker bc they knew each other a bit. She offered my coworker a drink but she declined. The liquid courage must have kicked in because I said "You can buy me a drink, then." That led to the greatest night of my life.

My tutor during 4th year internship. 1 year later he became my boss for my 1st job. Which led me to do international work for 10 years. Which also led me to meet the "woman of my life" for 7 happy years... and a break up followed by 8 years of depression.

Changed my life for sure.
