If dying of old age at home isn't an option and I had to choose a traditional execution method, I would pick firing squad. If I had to choose a second and third option because the first one didn't work for a reason, I would put long drop hanging on number two and guillotine on number three.
Both firing squad, long drop hanging and guillotine gives a quick death. Firing squad is one of the simplest one and rarely fails. When you gets a firing squad, your body would still be whole and the blood can just be washed away. Long drop hanging require measurement, how much you weight etc. So it's more likely to fail if calculated wrongly - but the body would still in most cases be whole and the execution won't look bloody. With decapitation death would be quick, but also very bloody and the head would fall of the body.
My family would probably want an open casket funeral, so it would be more ideal not cutting the head off. Therefor I put firing squad on first place and long drop on second place, but guillotine on third place.
I'm skeptical to both the electric chair and lethal injection since they fails more frequently. I don't like gas chambers either since it looks like a World War 2 thing. Anally disrupted? What the hell is that?

I would prefer a gas room or something like that, I would prefer to lack of oxygen and get intoxicated slowly, so I would end falling asleep before lacking of oxygen and therefore not be that aware that I'm dying. Or maybe die with an overdose of narcotics. I'm not afraid of death, I'm afraid of pain.

Firing squad has always seemed like the only option that lets you die with dignity to me
Strapped into a chair surrounded by 18-24 years old's with blue or pink bags on their heads asking me "What does this mean?" until my brain shut down.
