Stop being so obsessed with impressing and being admired by people? That might be root of it. You can be more consistently yourself and stop playing people back and forth if you're not so focused on external validation.

Good luck with that. If your born two faced it’s with you for life and you will end up alone because nobody likes your two faced personality. A common trait among the Chinese (mostly female)
