How to stop being ditzy?

I was going to ask this on reddit but I lost my phone and don't remember my username so I'm just going to ask here. how to stop being ditzy I didn't notice until my friends pointed it out that I tend to be very clumsy and forgetful and my friends tends to call me stupid a lot even though I don't know why. I really love learning and always raise my hands in class. I really hate being this way people tend to call me weird and say my head is up in the clouds what should I do?

Accept who you are. That is a unique aspect of who you are, a quality that in some ways serves you and makes you who you are. No need to change it, if you can accept it and accept yourself you can be happier than if you’re trying to change yourself to fit others expectations. Just my thoughts

This is typical I know two of my cousins are clumsy and they do walk heavily on the floor so this could be something you will outgrow and some teens do this and this goes into adulthood

Kinda the same with me head in the clouds at times... been called ditzy aswel... I'm smart enough I think just a bit of a dreamer

Maybe you should get analyzed for adhd. I personally have it and I’m very forgetful on top of the fact that my head is basically always in the clouds.

I do have adhd I got diagnosed by my physiatrist that makes sense thank you :)

@asker I can honestly relate to you and I know it’s hard sometimes. Just remember you are smart and also STRONG for dealing with adhd everyday
