Would u ever nanny or babysit an adult baby (abdl)?

I was recently asked by a adult baby abdl girl who says she identifies and likes to live life as a baby. she asked me to be her nanny. id never really heard of it, but am open minded about stuff so i looked into it and seems different but I've got experience with other babies so am thinking about giving it a try.. she says its 100% platonic so why not try.. my question is how would you feel about nannying an abdl if it was exact same as caring for any other baby... also for got to mention her play age is 18 mo...

This would be a weird experience for me.
I'd be thinking of what's wrong with her? What made her the way she is?
Why can't she behave like an actual adult?
