I decided to limit my useage on social media. I do not use it for three days a week. This time allows me to be away from the constant drama, and allows me to venture outside more, plan dates with friends, see family, focus on other aspects of my life, etc. It's not a huge change, but it is something important to me, that I've been wanting to do for a while.
And I finally have. :)
I used to peel my nails... now i polished them so i dont peel them.. not sure if that counts lol
i still have some bad habits... like waiting the next day to take out trash..
I don't know if this counts as a habit, but earlier I used to break contact with people who are very sweet, kind, caring because I can't hear their compliments.
Now I have completely stopped that because I understood and I realized that it is not only immature but it is not at all justifiable to break contact with someone because of this reason.

😂😂
No but seriously... Hm, probably biting my skin around my nails. Occasionally would go to deep and blood everywhere... OUCH, trying to write afterward 😔.

I've broke a few on my own. Other people go to rehab and still can't do it. I'm strong willed and when I decide to do something I acomplish it. With that being said, quit smoking has not been successful in the past. Started chantix yesterday hopefully it will work
I've learned to take time off of my phone and technology. When I was younger I wouldn't say I was addicted, but I was definitely stuck to a screen to much. These days I don't have a problem putting my phone down.
not getting triggered easily and suddenly reacting. Now i just laugh lol
I'm unfortunately still indulging in all of the habits I've developed over time
I'll never smoke or do drugs but I can't stop my gaming and fast food and soda addiction. I don't eat fast food too much but I drink Pepsi daily. Also I drink alchohol from time to time but I'd probably be a drinker when I'm old enough
Being a nice guy. People walk all over you.
Now I am... Lord Asshole of the Galaxy.
and if you don't like it well you can #%^&&!!@@*##!!!
Procrastination’ I’m so glad I broke that very bad habit 😁👍
I used to be nice and people like to take advantage of it so I'm not doing that anymore.
Biting my nails, always sleeping in, or lying when I was a teenager. Probably that last one actually
Mine is my self esteem, I've gotten a lot better at looking at myself better. I know it's not a physical habit but I was a mental habit I was in for a long time.
I'm happy for switching out tobacco for vape to get away from nicotine
I am deserving of the best. I used to think I was not and it stayed with me for years.
Nail biting. It came a little late but thank God anyway, got rid of it.
I have yet to break a strong one yet :(
Being afriad to speak my mind.
Smoking from 13 to 23 then quitting.
Stopped drinking pop... a great day
cutting out certain types of sweets
Don’t eat junk food or fast food
Smoking definitely glad I got rid of that
Not talking about my problems
Dating toxic girls
Being a Fool. LOLxx
That in. itself covers my habit breaking goals because only fools stay in when the chips are down. Only a fool would fight for the one he loves when he knows it's done and injury awaits anymore futile attempts
Worrying over thinking things.
Nail biting 💗
Smoking properly
drumming my hands. I drove people insane.
