Can I wear spandex shorts when wearing a pad during tumbling?

I joined a tumbling club, and i'm worried about my period. I have to go weekly, and tampons are a no for me. Are Libra Sport pads visible through spandex shorts? What type of pads are not visible? Pads for medium flow, and with wings.

Honestly I wear spandex all the time I use always brand the pads are slim so I use the over night one. when I’m doing my sports and pads will show every once and a while but there’s nothing to be shame of tbh I admit I’m on my period if someone notices the pad. If they shame you then tell the go away and why they are looking at that spot of you’re body. Text me over the app if you would like to discuss this more
