Ranunculus and Dalias. By the way, your description of "Baby's Breath" is absolutely horrifying.
I love how is such a horribly disturbing simile to me. It brings up this... like Nightmare Before Christmas-ish/Beetlejuice-esque type mental image for me. While at the same time, to you: "like 100 babies on stems opening their little mouths" is clearly a thing of beauty.
One of us is weird.

Lotus. I love how such a beautiful flower grows in mud. It symbolizes to me, you can overcome your circumstances to still be successful.

"Påskliljor" a certain flower that blooms around Easter in the nordic country thus the name Påsklilja (Påsk = Easter, Swedish btw) they're called daffodils in English I think.
I adore Plumeria so much that i just want to smell its scent instead of breathing oxygen.
Here's a photo of this amazing flower:I like orchids, elephant heads, flamingo flowers, some bromeliad flowers, snapdragons, a few lilies, and hibiscus flowers. I find carnivorous plants incredibly intriguing.
If I had to choose only one, for the rest of my life, I'd say orchids. But only just ahead of hibiscus and snapdragons.I've always loved dandelions, they may be considered weeds but I respect how they can grow almost anywhere and they give the lawn color without all the work of the weak flowers that need special attention, plus free wishes! Hell they're even completely edible, from the flower to the tuber underneath, just boil it first.
I like baby’s breath too, but my cat eats it
My fave is lavenderMy wife like BB too. Florists use it a lot for "filler" or "background" in boutonnieres and corsages. (see pic)
Not really a 'flower'... but the buds of my carambola bushes are a major excitement to me each day.

Having been a florist and a landscapist, I will admit that I love all plants and flowers. However, amaranthus is my true favorite. After that my next tops in order are: tulips, dahlias, passion flowers, and roses.
Poppy’s, they can grow anywhere and it takes a lot to kill them
