Why?
Would you rather be half your height or double your weight?
Why?
I must say double. I've always been very content with 5'11, it's not too tall not too short, a perfect height. But half of that would make me a dwarf, I'd much rather shoot upwards towards being a Hafthór Julius Björnsson 2.0
Bro I'm 5'8 and 210. I lose either way
Aw lol
Double my weight and then reduce it... I m already short... Just don't want to disappear
I'd love to be double my weight right now

Half my height. I'm used to being short. I was freakishly short for most of my life, until puberty finally happened and then I wasn't. Besides, people think I'm a kid sometimes anyway. I have a baby face. What's just a little bit more confusion in the sea of it that already exists?
Ohh If I was double my height I’d be the tallest person alive. I’m 172 cm aka 5’7 feat. That would be hella tall woman. I doubt any guy would want to date me. But if I was shorter I wouldn’t be happy as I’d be shorter than the average. But still I’d have more chance in having a guy. Woman is supposed to be shorter than a guy and that’s also how they prefer it.
Half the height in almost all cases would equal to less than a meter. Then again double the weight in most cases would equal over 150kg... I guess i rather be a dwarf and be able to do my own thing at least rather than just laying in bed all my life and struggle with bed soars.
If I were half my high I'd be about 3 feet tall, which would make me a "little person" and (from what little I know) they have worse health problem than obese people (though at 360# I'd have some of those too... But I could always lose the weight...)
That stems from a lot of genetic disorders usually accompanying their little person disorder. I assumed id just be very short without it coming from "dwarfism", contra just being fat. But ofc that could stem from a genetic disorder too. My point is just that i think being only very very short, but not from "dwarfism" gives less health issues than obesity.
Assuming all things equal, I'm pretty good at losing weight (fat, specifically). For that I'm a champ (I'm not so great at putting on muscle though). I haven't really found anything I could do to get taller. :-D
I lost 35 lbs in 6 weeks and kept it off since. I think I can do lose 100+ lbs in a year or so. I mean obviously, I would be less energetic, more tired, with all that extra weight to carry. On the flip side, I don't think you have to be as disciplined to go from that much fat to super lean. It gets harder the lower your body fat percentage is -- like you can lower it quite a bit just cutting out liquid calories. Then to lower it, even more, you have to pay attention to what you eat, and so forth. Then to get even more you have to start training hard. But I think massive weight loss is at least easy if I have tons of body fat since I can probably accomplish most of my goals through nutrition alone without training to breaking points.
>> I think the Q is only fair if you can’t change either
If that's the case maybe half my height after a season when I get really lean. :-D That's awesome if I just stay lean for the rest of my life... 2'9 with six-pack and veins everywhere and no worries about getting fatter no matter how much I eat/drink. I'm "mini-me!" Hopefully, my jump height remains reasonably intact (or at least proportionally) so that I can jump high-five people.
If my weight becomes constant, that would be so awesome. It'd be like a large pizza would be twice as large while I don't have to worry about gaining weight eating it! :-D
Hell yeah! I would be 2'9 any day if my weight is constant. I don't even have a sweet tooth but I think I might develop one. Then I'd be like, "Waddat you are eating? Pancakes with maple syrup? Gimme! Narm-narm-nom". Then I'd be like, "Waddat? Ice cream? Gimme that. Non-nom." Large pizza! Can I have ten of those? Yeah, just for me. I know I'm short. I have an insanely fast metabolism. Nom-nom. Waddat? Carrot? Oh, you can have that. Waddat? Mayonaise? I drink from the bottle? Gulp-gulp-gulp! Mayonaise! Throw ten sticks of butter for my steak!
I'm 75kg now and I don't think it's safe for me to be half my weight. I think I'd die, or at lest get anorexic. I'd rather stay as I am, but if my life depended on it, double, no question.
I dont' know this is such a difficult question. Since I am already slightly chubby, i can't really pick double my weight or I'd definitely be in trouble. So I picked half my height.
I'd rather be half my height. If I were double my weight I would be too heavy and that would cause some serious health issues.
Not to mention that I would be more discriminated.
Double my weight.
For a guy being short is waaay worse than being fat and if the extra weight can be in the form of muscle then the double the weight option becomes even better.
I would prefer to reduce my height than to become overweight, so half my height, I am 5'3", so that would be around 2'7", it could be kind of interesting to explore my surroundings at that height.
Double my weight, could always lose it. Also you didn't say I'd be fat I could be a 400lb muscle bound strong man.
Half my height, little people can be cute & you're guaranteed to have a big booty but there's nothing worse than being fat
If I'm half my height, I'd probably be 5 or 6 years old again. Hey... I wouldn't mind that I guess!

Double my weight I'm already 6'4 not loosing that. No thank u. I will just go be an mma fighter if I was double my weight.
I would double my weight because then I could lose it. Height is something that couldn't be changed back, but weight can go away.
half? im 5'6" .. id be 2'9" If i go up id be so tall id probably won't live much longer 🤣 so neither
Well I don't feel like being three feet tall, so I'd rather double my weight. I'd be able to lose it in time, but it would not be fun.
Double my weight hands down. My fat ass can lose the weight again. I'm not gaining damn near three feet, though.
i could do a lot with 100 pound of muscle! sign me up!
I guess double my weight. 160 pounds isn't that out-of-the-ordinary.
