It all comes down to the phone you have and the camera installed, all android phones have different ones. You can also try different camera softwares, there are hundreds of them. If you're looking for perfection it'd be best if you had a phone that takes pictures in the RAW format so you could edid them later in lightroom.
Filters are stupid and encourage dissatisfaction in one's natural look.
I'm sure you could get the same effect by just adjusting contrast and saturation on any photo editing app
I don't think android phones support the IPhone apps
