Can ANYONE at all help me with my phone issue?

So, I'm stupid! lol I forgot the passcode for my phone's lock screen... and now I can't get into my phone! I can receive calls, but can't make any. I can't read or send texts or use the internet or do anything.

It is a Samsung Galaxy S10+. I tried looking on my Google account since I have Gamil synched to it. I heard they had a way to get on and change your phone's password through Gmail. Well, they apparently got rid of that feature because I didn't see it anywhere. I tried my Samsung account and same thing. The Unlock Phone feature was gone.

So now, I have no idea what to do. I feel like an idiot to say the least. I have tired every possible combination I can think of, even random stuff. No dice. I am now at over an HOUR for the wait time between tries.

I DO NOT want to factory reset my phone! I have some recent pictures from a lovely vacation that I had not gotten a chance to back up yet, so I don't want those erased!

Is there ANY possible way to change the passcode or remove the lock screen WITHOUT damaging the phone or erasing any data (pics, texts, contacts, etc.)?

Bonus - any tips on how to maybe just REMEMBER the freaking code? lol

I am sorry to say but at this moment, factory reset is your best bet. Unless you were logged in on "Find my mobile by samsung" using your samsung account. Try logging into that using a different device or pc and see if you can access it and if it finds your phone or not. If you can find it there, then maybe it has an unlock option there. I am not sure if there will be. But you can surely factory reset your phone using find your device website.

Another way to factory reset will be to boot your phone into recovery mode and the select factory reset by using volume down/up buttons and power button as "ok". To go into recovery mode, you need to switch off your phone. Press and hold volume down and power on button until the logo appears. If it doesn't work, then try plugging in to pc first and repeat the steps.

Another thing you an try is to use a pay service to unlock the device. It's usually by a software which can basically decrypt your device's password and unlock it for you. But you will have to pay for it.

I would strongly suggest waiting till tomorrow, like absolutely forget about your phone till then. Try entering your passcode the first thing in the morning when you wake up and it just might come back to you in muscle memory. It happens to me too sometimes, but I remember it within 5-7 minutes.

Where could I get a paid program to do it? And would the paid program definitely NOT remove my data?

I wouldn't list a software here that I am not sure if it will work. You can google such softwares that can unlock an android phone for you. They certainly do exist.
But be sure to wait until tomorrow and let your muscle memory kick in first. ;)

Muscle Memory isn't working. I still have no idea what it could be. I looked up and found some kind of "program", but it lied. It DOES delete all your data once you use it. So, I didn't get it.

Oh damn it. Lol. Sorry to hear that it didn't work. Which program did you find? Can you share the name? I can look more about it and let you know.
If none of those options work, I would just suggest you to do a factory reset following the procedure I wrote above.

It was TenorSHare 4UKey. I googled whether it deleted data and it said yes, it does. I do not want to factory reset it because of my data that isn't backed up.

It also erases the data but check it out. It has other functions by which you an extract the data from your phone first and then unlock the phone. Have a look. Maybe it helps.

Most of the photos on ur phone go up to the cloud so they should not be lost on a factory reset

I went to the SmartThings Find option and it says my carrier does not allow access to that website. I don't have Smart Lock on apparently, otherwise it'd be unlocked.

I called my carrier and they were totally unhelpful. They acted clueless and said they didn't know what to do =/
