At what age do guys start being creepy when checking out young girls?

Well first off, what are young girls considered? Second, it depends on how. For majority guys, it's always creepy. I've had 10 year olds, 14 year olds, 22 year olds and 60 year olds checking me out, catcalling and hitting on me and for the most part its pretty creepy and uncomfortable.
What you need to do is not over look. For most girls, a second glance or quick eye contact is the perfect amount, then you stop. If you notice her look back at you from peripheral vision, then you may approach.
Catcalling is usually also uncalled for, aside from polite things which aren't even really catcalling. I've had much older and unattractive men say this list to me, but I thought it was nice and gentlemanly even in the ghetto area I lived in,
"Have a nice day"
"How are you doing today?"
"Wow your pretty smile made my day" (If she smiles to a first comment while replying, make sure its not a nervous smile)
"Good morning/afternoon/evening"
You get her attention without giving off a bad vibe, and if she appreciates it she'll start up a conversation.
So long as you aren't just staring at her and making her uncomfortable, and so long as she's very clearly within 5 years of you (if you're 25) or 15 years (If you're 35+) or then its not so bad and for the most part if the guy is mid-thirties and younger I can generally be attracted despite an age difference (so long as he's my type)
Just be a normal human being and don't treat her like an object, and then age really doesn't matter so long as you're not cradle robbing eye candy. Most younger girls under 20 or 30 really don't like guys 40 or 50+ eyeing them rule of thumb.

That would be uncomfortable most likely, unless he's really funny and well kept. If he makes a girl laugh and doesn't look musky, it can be acceptable for girls over 21.
But over 30 for teenagers, even 18 and 19, its borderline pedophilia at that point and you can't change my mind.

A few times. Its pretty uncomfortable, especially since one, he was like 6'2 and pretty fit seeming. He might've been 55 but it was 55-60. He was drunk and trying to talk to me on the bus while I had earbuds, tapping my shoulder and trying to get me to listen.
Luckily my two older brothers where also there, unluckily they were being dicks and wouldn't let me sit with one of them so I was on a seat behind them by myself haha. It's funny now, but only because of how unreal it was that someone that creepy exists. If he followed us off the bus my brother was seriously going to kill him so you have to be careful of brothers boyfriends and dads if you're going after the younger girls.

Well that is a good thing lol. My boyfriend is kinda cute though. He's a lot smaller than me, about same height but only 115ibs. It's real cute when he goes on about how he'd beat up any guy who'd harass me when I could lift and throw him if I wanted.

There is no specific age but I would say as soon as they start thinking more with their genitals than with the regular brain.

That could be as early as 11 or 12 I presume. That is the age when guys/boys become a real annoyance and disturbance to girls because they are not able to control their levels of testosterone. This period goes probably all the way to their 60's or 70's when they finally mastered their libido. Thus for an age gap of about 60 years, they are a major annoyance to females and are creepy as soon as they start puberty.

The reality is it is going to happen. As long as it is a discreet quick look I don't see the harm. Just don't let anyone notice and for gosh sakes don't do it while walking with a girlfriend or wife. Sometimes depending on if they’re creepy about it. Like if they’re making sexual comments then yes. But like for example not that long ago I had a coworker who was 15 years older have a crush on me. He was the nicest guy and didn’t ever make any weird comments so that wasn’t too creepy because I know he can’t control who he finds attractive.

With me being 17, 5 years places it at roughly 22. A fully grown man who can even legally drink while I can't even vote yet. While it might be okay for you, it wouldn't for me. In most states, 17 is not legal. Yes, there is the Romeo and juliet law but that is certainly not for a 5 year age difference. In some countries? Yes, probably the ones who allow their 18 year olds to drink and place more for responsibility on them or even the ones where child brides are acceptable.
