First of all, happy birthday to you. Things can be rough nowadays but this situation is already improving, it always will. Life has ups and downs but if you trace a line straight from start to finish, it will always go up. I hope you get happier soon, do something you love, listen to some whacky music for laughs or watch some comedy
You are 31 , not 21 ? I can't believe it. Did the kiddos make you a cake? Too bad I am not close , I could come and do a comedy routine.

I know how you feel. I remember I think my 27th birthday, I decided to spend it alone taking a walk at the beach. I've received some birthday greetings on facebook, thinking of other people celebrating their with true friends, which I didn't really have due to university with people coming and going. This is why I told myself that going to a cafe ordering a cake sitting there alone would probably be the saddest moment of my life.

Keep your phone away, take some time for yourself and think about the things that would really make you happy, could be hobbies, could be trying something new, or cooking, etc. Find a few of them that you can do indoors, and spend your day indulging in that. Easy peasy
Happy Birthday. You wanna talk about a sad birthday imagine having your 41st birthday and no one says happy birthday let alone gives you a birthday card. And people forget it was your birthday. And last year they kiss your ass to make up for their shitty behavior the year before. Which is why I been trying to make sure the love of my life D. has a special and happy birthday each year. So she never has to go through the same shittiness I go through each year.
Well! Happy birthday!!! I'd say make a fun birthday video for others and post it on the short video thing you were doing. Make a project out of it and silently make it your video but do it for others bdays :)

First of all, happy birthday. Second, if you're sad, maybe call a friend or relative and see if they're free to keep you company. Make yourself a pitcher of margarita to celebrate. Treat yourself to your favorite meal. Indulge in something you enjoy.
Spend some time thinking of all the things you’re grateful for. That usually helps me on birthdays, I know they can be rough!

A lot of people didn’t even make it to there 31st birthday and passed away. I celebrate my b day with a party every 20 years I’m still alive. 50 is my next milestone. Life is a great gift have a happy birthday 🤗
