How is it not the best? It is a masterclass of the romantic comedy genre.

There are quite good movies for different reasons:

- The Matrix, for the teachings it hides.
- The Lord of the Rings, for the richness of the story.
- The Land Before Time, for making you feel you are actually in a different world.
- Jurassic Park, for the rhythm of the movie.
- For a Few Dollars More, for the spin of the argument at the end.
- Home Alone, for how well it worked having differentiated parts of the film.

All of them have something in common, it doesn't follow a common plot. You don't know what you will get. They are a fresh absorbing experience. They are pure catharsis.

maybe avatar - Or Infinity war, endgame - that's me trying to be objective I think when it comes to movies it can't be but subjective - like my top 5 are the last samurai, lone survivor, Papillon, the big Lebowski, pirates of the Caribbean.. I don't know how many people would agree to these as a top 5..

Schindler's List. Without doubt. I'll know I'm emotionally dead if I can ever watch it without an emotional response to Oskar breaking down when he realises his lapel pin could have saved one more life.

The second best is possibly The Great Dictator. Love Chaplin's speech at the end.

Wedding Crashers, Superbad, The Karate Kid (original), Back To The Future, Goodfellas, Saving Private Ryan... these are all about as good as they come in my opinion, in their respective genres.
