For me I would love for my coffin to have flowers inside it surrounding me and me wearing a flower crown with all my organs inside me still

No. Actually if I it was legal I would ask for a viking burial and people place all my savings and possessions and destroyed them as well with my corpse. So no one could make profit from it. No one helped me for free my entire life. I help people now that I am alive, but my organs? Sorry not sorry.
She has a proposal for anonymous distribution, cutting out the negotiation between patients and sellers (which would probably reward the wealthiest). The idea is not too dissimilar to what we do now with organ donation, except the donor/family can actually be compensated.
Basically same means of equitable distribution we have now for donated organs. No short-cutting the waiting list for the wealthy as they can currently through the black market. I think with some care, this can ultimately benefit the poor rather than the rich as the black market does now.
The only perverse incentive I can see for deceased organs is that family members might be tempted to murder one of their own to receive the organ compensation, as with life insurance.
One of her proposals might mitigate that last temptation. She suggested that perhaps instead of compensating organ donors (or their family if they're not live donors) with money, we instead offer them something like subsidized healthcare or higher education in exchange.
I think , we can donate our organs such as kidney, pancreas , tendons , bone , liver etc, if a brain death. Unless we can donate only sclera of the eye. If arm wrong, please correct me

So far, I have donated:
A kidney
A testicle
Bone marrow
I didn't know you could donate a testicle! Wow!
I'd donate my body to medical science when I die. That way I can't have a funeral.
I still think it's quite sad that you can't have a formal funeral when you do that... Great that you made that choice though!
Why not when it can help people and I don't need them?
Is it suprising? Most people I know are organ doners, including me
Organ donation creates rejection problems, organ cloning from the recipent's stem cells is the correct path.
I have considered it. My dad tried to do medical for science but was riddled with infection when he died.
Sure, if someone really needed them to live. Yeah I’ll give it away
I voted C because I do not care what will happen to my body after my death, you might even feed the dogs with him and I wouldn't give a rat's ass.
I probably will. I don't know if I'm going to donate organs or my whole body yet.
I'd prefer they are sold with the money going to my family if my organs are still usable when I'm dead.
I'm a big fan of legalizing the organ market and allowing selling and buying of organs:

Yeah, so only the rich can get a transplant.

Well, maybe.

I will not. I feel as though my family probably wants to see me all in one piece when I am laid down to rest.
Laid down to rest for eternity*
100% Because it's not useful for me or my family when it's just a dead corpse
Yes I think everyone should donate their corneas. Give the gift of sight
No. They belong to me for eternity. I choose to keep them thank you.
Yup. They can have them. Or let the birds have them, I don't care.
Yeah they can go ahead and take them, not like I'll need any organs after I'm dead
if it was to save someone’s life yeah, but i don’t want to end up a cadaver for med students
I don't see why I shouldn't I'm dead and have no need of them it could help others.
It does seem to me a bit shellfish not to really. It's not like you need them anymore if your dead.
