I voted looks. Because it's something I do. Like care about my hair, makeup, clothes and my shoes to match.
Let's be honest, very few people actually work on themselves. Most people just 'treat themselves' or eventually adjust their expectations or find new friends or until they find a better normal.
I don't think I'm a bad person. I'm not refusing to try new things or whatever. I just don't have that young person blindness. Not all experiences are good experiences and finding new people is harder than keeping them.
Character. Looks are irredeemable for me. I've never NOT been working on improving my character and sense of self. Some things though, like my repulsion to bi people or polyamory, I am unsure if I can ever change, or if they're things worth reconsidering or not. It's like, I don't have to be fine and comfortable with everything in the world, and I often struggle to decide which things I should let go and not sweat, and which things are worth rejecting out of my life.
So yes, I am CONSTANTLY working on my character and trying to decide who it is I want to be and what I am doing is "on the right path" or not.
Bro... Easy! Character! This was my legit my prime looks-wise:
Totally character more than looks.
I barely wear makeup and most of my clothes are randomly chosen from thrift shops.
Most of the time I just tie my hair up and put something on.
As for character, I read self help books and the bible.
I used to do 3 bible studies a week, to figure out what it is that makes me be on the "right" path, to figure out what is right and wrong so that I can be on the right path.
I also use to do counseling to try to understand myself and my feelings more.

The way I work on my character compared to my looks is not even close. Character is far beyond. Lookswise you put on little BB cream couple of little eyeliner and shadow concealer if it's really necessary but really just take care of your skin. Make sure your hair doesn't look like a rat's nest make sure you don't stink what else you need to do?
I work on both, I do calisthenics to improve my body and become sexier.
Character I do not know how to respond, I read some stuff to become more brainy and go out of my way to treat my family well, but aside from that, hmmm, I probably should be working to be more outgoing but I'm not doing that.
You should also include the I don’t work on things category. What’s there to work on if you’re happy with who you are?
I focus more on character cause looks without character is worthless but character without looks is still useful.
I don't really know if I work on either one of them I mean I like to be clean and fresh looking but I don't go out of my way to dial myself in I mean I'm just me I like to feel good so I do whatever
Character will last a lot longer that looks. Looks can change in the blink of an eye. Character has a foundation, that is why you hear people say that will build character.
I consider eating part of caring for looks, so looks because diet is 24/7. You only develop character during parts of the day like doing something that needs to be done when you don't want to.
Looks, because I'm insecure.
I do try to be a nice person however and tolerant, but I'm far from perfect mentally.
Looks. I think my character is pretty good but I don't like what I see in the mirror. I can make friends but only when I talk to them first. Nothing about my looks makes people want to come talk to me.
I personally don't care what I look like or how other people see me so I focus on my character.
Both fairly equally I can honestly say. Recently at least, I might have been more occupied with looks some time ago. But now it's equal.
I work with what I got. And I have a bit of both, so just makes me an average human lol
I Was forced to grow up Quick
Thank you bullies. So i worked a lot on my character. My looks got no attention at all.
Now I am Just only working on my looks
Character will win you more friends and influence more people than looks ever will.
I never was really taught about character till a couple years ago so defintely been improving Character a lot
Character but Im still a cunt so its a good thing Im pretty.
I work on my looks by taking vitamins I already have the character and personality
I don't work on impressing people. I work on impressing myself.
I work on my fitness, so I suppose I worry more about health than looks OR character.
you must be a fool if you think character is something that can be worked on. By a certain age, your character is already solid in place and not changeable.
Usually people are born with their characters. Some kids are more selfish than others. Other children are more kind than others. It remains changeable at a very young age such as under 10 years old. But If you're 22 years old and looking to change your character, there is a high chance it’s not gonna happen.
