I flagged what I consider to be a "member post". A guy using the term "trash can" as a comment to one of my opinions, with no explanation. It is still there!

Latest update. I had 6 questions flagged as rule breakers.

1 spam advert, 1 duplicate, 2 known spammers, 2 no questions

As of now, the 2 no questions and 2 spammers are still extant. I am not sure about the duplicate.

Our Mods and Admin work hard to remove posts on the site. Please make sure you are correctly reporting posts so that they may be reviewed. For information see the following: https://www.girlsaskguys.com/faq/posts#124 Once a post is reported, it is temporarily removed from the site and sent in for review by our Admins. This process can take up to 24 hours due to high volumes of posts.

I remember olderandwiser and I both reported a post where a guy posted a clearly sexualized picture of a child, and it was put under review, before admins put it back up for a few more days before finally removing it entirely.

Same here. I'm on their case constantly. Despite being recommended for mod status by other mods, no email in years lol suffice to say I'm not liked. But I genuinely hope they get over it and make you an uber mod again.

It's so random what they allow to remain up. Race baiting is fine, gender baiting is fine, general expressions of disgust towards any minority groups are fine, but should you make a post that isn't serious it will be deleted. It seems like as long as you're serious about being an asshole then it's fine.

I’m in touch with a few of the mods, but I usually have to literally pester the shit out of the gag account for them to do anything, much less tell me what’s going on. The admins either don’t care, or they have no gumption to actually get shit done in anything close to a timely manner.

Sorry! Just taking a break from work. My real gripe, as usual, is with Admin, or rather, the lack of them. It seems like I flag maybe a dozen things a day, but hardly any get fully deleted. I know you, and many of the others, work hard, but I feel that Mods are flogging a dead horse these days.

I am pretty sure it isn't the moderators. I think it is admin. I am following posts that break the rules so I can check if they get deleted. I then flag them as bad and they appear on a list that only mods have access to. They can hide the post pending admin's decision on deletion.

So many are not deleted. Admin do not seem to follow their own published rules.
