I'm 34 and have never lived with a boyfriend, is this weird?

Even though I'm 34 years old, I've never done cohabitation.
I'd rather either live with my parents or by myself but not with him. Part of me still believes in certain things in the old days; neither my parents nor grandparents did cohabitation.

My mother has come to an age where she now thinks it's not an issue anymore and that you don't have to get married and have kids to live together. I don't share the same ideas. I will not live with a man that's not my fiance at least.

If he's just a boyfriend, then going out on dates but living separately is my stance.

I've only been with one man in my life and the reason we're no longer together is very complicated. I had to move to my own country and we're trying to find ways to get reunited. Getting married and having at least one kid is our wish.

If it wasn't for the ''going back to my country'' issue, we would've already been married and our child would be 12-13 years old by now.

I'm so proud of more women who won't waste time listening to pessimist misogynists like you. I've seen your post about hatred towards our gender so many times. To be honest, I have a growing bakery business, that will transfer into a restaurant serving internation food in the future. My current long-distance boyfriend (we're not even in the same country) would actually be glad if my business grows and I overpass him in earnings (more likely to happen in the near future).
So far, I have 3 different bank account (business acct, work acct and spending acct) so why on earth would I want someone else's money if I'll produce more from my own skills?

I don't have kids because I had medical issues in the past and still have to take my treatment pills till April. Not worth sharing it but if I had a kid 5-6 years ago, I would've bled to death. That's nothing to be happy about.

It's not weird at all, actually it's weird if you live with a man that ain't your husband!
After marriage the couple can live together and does anything with each other because they became a family and god blessed their marriage but before that they are still strangers...

That used to be the ideal long ago. Things were in order back then and more people were committed. Nowadays with this ''living together'' thing and playing house, real commitment have lost its meaning. Sometimes I feel as if I belong back to the 1950's. I was born in 1987 and then graduated in 2005 (many people were already doing cohabitation by then) but it feels like I don't belong to this modern era.

I don't because seems like several people (even my mom) nowadays think I'm being too old-fashioned and strict on this. One of my friends think I'm weird for thinking like that.
