Why do women think men are picky and shallow?

Honestly men really aren't but society always makes it seem like men are these shallow monsters that have unrealistic standards women need to meet

Tinder and OK Cupid did a study. 80% of men turned out to be “unattractive” to all women users on the site.


Women are apparently obsessed with the top 20% of men. And that top 20% of guys has all the options in the world. Practically 100% of women to choose from.


So the top guys pick any girl they want, and don’t have to be deep. And because the bottom 80% of men are functionally invisible to women, when they say ~all men, what they really mean is that all the men they are interested in within the top 20% are shallow and picky.


What the bottom 80% want is irreverent because they are invisible. The bottom 80 could be the nicest, deepest. Most sincere and loving devoted committed men in the world. But women could really give a sh*t about how the bottom 80 actually are. Because the bottom 80 are functionally invisible if not repulsive to most women.
