How come a lot of women make the ridiculous claim that men are shallow?

Here's the thing women have higher standards about a men's appearence and there's nothing wrong with that. You're looking for the best mate possible and you have to be very selective. But stop the ridiculous claim though that "Men are shallow" or "Men have expectations for women" blah blah blah. Men really dont have high expectations and a lot of men are perfectly okay with dating an average women or heck even below average looking women can still get men attracted to them. Men and women are not the same. We view attraction differently. Men look for reasons they'll date a woman, women look for reasons they wouldn't date a man. Again you can have those standards but stop claiming men are the same way
