All the same tings I did when I was in my 20's. About the only things I'm not doing anymore (and not by choice) is taking walks, riding my bike, swimming, fucking girls and playing drums in my band, because I simply no longer have access to any of that stuff, anymore. Oh! And, buying records because, I've already 54,000 and just don't have the room for any more.
I carry cash and I still use a land line. I do not pay bills online either.

I keep a landline and have a black princess phone attached to it, as well as some cordless ones. Because in New Orleans there are hurricanes and electric outages during regular rain storms. Landline always works (See, "The Day After Tomorrow" scene where Jake Gyllenhaal makes a phone call on a pay phone because landlines ALWAYS work when cell towers are too crowded or the electricity is kaput and your charger is too). In fact, even though I could NOT CALL OUT, people contacted me via my landline and found out I was OK during Hurricane Ida this past August.
I carry cash because that's the way I wash my car and put air in the tires if I have to pay. CHANGE!!! Cha Ching. And in some cases people will not charge you tax if you pay in cash. Real Old School.
I avoid online bill pay as often as I can because I have no hard copy records of my payment, such as bank printouts that show my checks.
I pay with checks for electric, water, any bill I need to keep copies of. I do not have a printer. (can't afford it...)
I eat a lot of soup. I don't know if that counts as an old person thing though 😂

For me, I have to have certain types when I go certain places. I think it’s an OCD thing.
To answer your question further, I wear sweaters, flat caps and khakis a lot. So I guess that those could be old people things
Cook more than eat out…stay in more than go out…refrain from traveling at night…in bed around 10…up early…honest about everything within reason.
