What do think of an employer who promises you a job but doesn't get back with you?

9/10x it means you didn't get the job or somebody else more better came along. Never assume employers make promises period. either you get the job or you don't. I'm sorry to say you more likely probably didn't. Because if they really wanted you, they would have contacted you. They would have at least let you know what is going on, or what your process is. I noticed more than anything cuz I've been struggling to find a job for years before I started college. Sadly that is how they treat you. Like what anything else is best for you to move on.
